Contains updated calibration & label shift algorithms

Includes additional calibration variants and RLLS implementation. Synched with blindauth/abstention. URL fixed to point to kundajelab/abstention.

Added additional abstention methods as suggested by icml reviewers

Added abstention based on Jenson-Shannon divergence and the two-threshold method from Fumera et al. Also updated the Bias-Corrected Temperature Scaling algorithm to use analytical gradients rather than empirical ones.
