This release should be fully working.
Includes: option of setting fake query slots for server owners, who have one main server on which they want display all the players & maxplayers on the servers in total.
As of FastTransfer packet has been removed in 0.13.0, this is not as important as it was in 0.11, but some servers using iptables could still use it :)
