Initial Beta Release

After a long time in development and going through at least 3 rewrites and refactors, I've decided to release Chainherit in its current state, as a free open-source desktop application without the need for any central service and without any subscription payments.

What I want to improve in the future:

• More meaningful unit testing
• More testing regarding electrum connectivity and wallet state updates
• Better validation of signed inheritance transaction (considering testmempoolaccept)

UI bugs and edge-case are to be expected.
