SDCC compiler plugin for MPLAB X

Update of original version by RMA Almeida.

Main changes:
List of supported and available devices has been updated to match SDCC 3.4.0 #8981 (Jan 10 2015) (Linux).
Some predefined default options have been removed or moved to options list GUI.
More option have been added.
