can someone explain how to install sickrageconnect on windows?

click the button and then select the extracted zip folder and ti will load it in,

But I advise you to use https://sonarr.tv/ not sickbeard/sickrage because its better at torrent management. faster. less buggy. I also find it less maintance than sickbeard/sickrage.

thanks it does look pretty slick... i tend towards usenet over torrents 9in fact haven't even setup torrents in sr yet) though so is it still worth the switch?

any good migration guides or tips youve seen?

Does do usenet too. I use only torrent side my self. You can set
alternative site addresses too for torrent sites which helps alot. Incase
of blockage

Just use add existing show and it should pick the shows fine as mine did.

ALso they have really nice chrome extension, looks based on sick beard connect to be fair
