The simple index page should list available Main Page and Table of Contents pages.

If per-language directories are created, index.html could be a symlink to localized Main Page.

There are too maaaaaaany html! Which one is the main page like wiki.archlinux.org? Thank you!

Currently it is en/Main_page.html, relative to the main output directory. But the language prefix is relatively new feature, which is not used by arch-wiki-docs version 20140321-1 – the main page there is at /usr/share/doc/arch-wiki/html/Main_page.html.
