Custom build of GVim/Vim for Windows.

Use gvim-9.1.0757-x86.exe or gvim-9.1.0757-amd64.exe to install GVim/Vim.

• 9.1.0757: tests: messages files contains ANSI escape sequences

• 9.1.0755: quickfix list does not handle hardlinks well
