Cleaning up the Data and compute team site.

  • Removing some zombie files from a while back
  • Create "Former Members" Section in the support page
  • Move Julius from current to former members
  • Add @RobertPincus to the current team? You can just take the entries here as a template and add yourself on this PR? More info can be found in the docs.
