Test Widgets capabilities on Hugo

To test Widgets in Hugo, just do:

$ git clone https://github.com/lebarde/hugo-widgets-test
$ cd hugo-widgets-test && pwd

then inside your Hugo project, do:

$ make hugo
$ ./hugo -s PATH/TO/YOUR/TEST/SITE server
