removed the .bmp stuff. Too dependant on stuff you don't have.

Even scarier second release.

This is the neoPixel stuff with
A) The properties fixed.
B) The .a linking thing set to true.
C) The stuff that lets you use .bmp files to do neoPixels.

This may be a bust..
