The IoT weather station has a firmware application written with Arduino IDE that allows communication with an MQTT server over Wi-Fi. It sends temperature and humidity readings from the sensor to the server and allows remote viewing of the data through a web platform or OLED display. The station includes a buzzer for error signals and a button for switching display screens, showing information such as time, date, temperature, humidity, Wi-Fi and MQTT connection status and the connected Wi-Fi network and MQTT server.
