Please describe the purpose of this pull request.
This enables storing the source description and allows users to edit an existing source name and description.

How to test
How can we test your PR during review? What commands should we run? What outcomes should we expect?
You can load a simple data source, run the memgpt server, and then edit the name and/or description of the existing data source without the source ID changing.

Yes, will attach screenshots
