Make signs thicker #514

Hi 👋 ,

To make the signs more readable, one can use the unicode characters left half block, upper one eighth block and lower one eighth block.

It looks like this:

Compare it to the default:

Maybe you want to change the default?

I think I would rather change the default to which is a little thicker than the current default.

Thanks for the feedback, I switched it to the mentioned character, it looks like this:
