In this PR we have rebuilt the PDF viewer:

  • new interface based on vuejs
  • same table as in the tabular view, restricted to the single document
  • ordering in the table is the same as the tabular view
  • new visual aids for identifying the entities when looking for them in the document
  • various bug fixes
