To run a SHRINE server, download and unpack the i2b2-shrine-distributable-0.1.zip and double click on run_shrine.bat. The i2b2 webclient can be accessed via http://localhost:8080/webclient/ . Any queries created via the webclient can be executed by arbitrary number of nodes.

To run a node, download and unpack i2b2-node-distribution-0.1.zip to execute queries on any i2b2 data warehouse (or dktk-node-distribution-0.1.zip if you are using CentraXX). Configuration can be changed in the startup scripts (e.g. run_node.bat).
