Seems I was mistaken, Windows ARM is not going to be supported on GitHub Actions runners: actions/runner-images#768. There is Windows ARM support, but for self-hosted runners only. Similar situation for macOS ARM64: actions/runner-images#2187 So we're probably stuck with cross-compiling if we want ARM64 wheels. |
