Quick Start

BS is a very feature-rich, reliable performant full node and query server, however it is not yet entirely "hands free" in terms of optimal configuration. As such the recommended technique is to configure for initial block download and then to reconfigure for server operation. It is anticipated that the next major release will require only steps 1 and 7 for near-optimal typical operation.

1. Build or download
2. Configure for initial block download
3. Initialize the blockchain
4. Start the server
5. Stop when fully synchronized
6. Configure for server operation
7. Start the server
