Is the library still maintained? #98
Comments
Hey there. Yes, there has been some long hiatus in development on this. Life blah blah blah, you know. But watch this space. There's news (and activity!) coming. |
I was actually planing to replace your lib with google benchmark, because it didn't compile anymore with the newest compilers, so I could not use the benchmarks at all. Can you give a time frame? |
Wanted to add it to |
@rmartinho Would you consider to add some volunteers to the libnonius organisation to help with maintenance? You forgot about nonious.io domain and it's already causing people problems leading them to spam/virus sites. |
What is the current state of the library? Is it still the intent of dropping boost? |
That's damn good news, @ThePhD! I need to update one of my projects to newest Catch2 then... :-) |
Thanks for the quick response! |
What about the standalone, boostless version? |
Presumably, being in Catch means there is no more boost. |
But now there is Catch2 which is becoming quite far wrt to functionality.
The benchmark output seems quite limited to Nonius at first sight.

Some one reviewed your library: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DxP--1yEgKQ&feature=youtu.be&t=2703
I would like to use it with newest compiler. See my previous issue: #97
