Added Amastrad GX4000 Cheat support created by Gent of Emucheats
Added Atari Jaguar Cheat support created by Gent of Emucheats
Amstrad GX4000 and Atari Jaguar are for the time being complete. Any missing support is down to the emulator having issues too severe to create for and will be revisited once they are working.

I have created cheat support especially for this using RetroArch and added them for everyone to enjoy.
I will also be creating for Amstrad CPC and any other core there after needing my attention.
