fix a bunch of boxart matches in NeoGeo Geolith database

I also noticed these issues with the boxart/thumbnails repo, which I would like to correct:

• copy higher quality matrimelee image to other version (one of them is noticeably worse)
• copy metal slug 2 super vehicle to turbo version
• copy metal slug 5 bootleg from any of the other flavors
• capitalize H in Ninja Master's - Haoh-ninpo-cho.png filename
• copy Rage of the Dragons (NGM-264_) to Rage of the Dragons (NGM-2640)
• copy Robo Army (set 1) to other Robo Army
• uncapitalize "Set" in Sengoku 3 _ Sengoku Densho 2001 (Set 2)
• change Syougi No Tatsujin - Master of Shougi to Syougi No Tatsujin - Master of Syougi because spelling it 2 different ways in the same name is dumb
• need to copy v-liner boxarts for all of the variants

precompiled rdb file incoming, as well.

oh, whoops, this is based on an older revision of the file and as a result is incorrect. I'll close this for now and resubmit a fixed one.
