Noticed when testing out a template. The value entity template uses a counter example, and is the default template, while the common README had curl/grpcurl commands for the event sourced entity example with a different service API.
Update the event sourced entity template to use the same counter example service. Update the README with the curl/grpcurl commands for the counter service. Also hard wrap the README to make it easier to read in a terminal (still at a wide column).
