Universal THCRAP Launcher (UTL)

What is UTL?

UTL is a third-party program that replaces the clutter of shortcuts that THCRAP creates by being a program that allows you to choose a patch configuration (list of mods and translations on top of each other) and an executable file (game or custom.exe) to run trough THCRAP.

Installation

• If your Windows version is lesser than Win 10 (but above WinXP), make sure to have at least .NET Framework 4.6.
• Download UTL from here.
• Extract the files.
• Place the files next to thcrap_configure.exe and thcrap_loader.exe in the bin folder.
• (If you JUST UPGRADED from before the restructurization of thcrap run restructure_utl.bat FROM THE MAIN THCRAP FOLDER. This will move your previous utl files to their right place.)
• Run Universal THCRAP Launcher.exe in the bin folder.
• The program will create a launcher in the main thcrap directory for you.
• You can delete any other shortcut in the main directory. While the two exes in the main directory of thcrap have some extra functionality in them with installing redistributes (fancy word for common requirements by programs), you will usually won't need that functionality more than once and the ones in the bin folder can be executed from the launcher.

Adding/Updating Languages

The language files are in the langs folder. Just send a push request, and I will have a look-trough and will accept the push request.
