Steps

  1. Go to chrome://webrtc-internals
  2. In a separate tab, open a video stream
  3. Expand tag "Stats graphs for RTCOutboundRTPVideoStream_XXXXXXXX (outbound-rtp)
  4. Graph with title "[bytesSent_in_bits/s]" contains information regarding video bandwidth
