Created a new [Discovery controller connection management] section in stafd.conf, which provides zeroconf-connections-persistence. This new parameter is used to determine when to remove discovery controllers that were discovered through zeroconf (mDNS) service discovery. Signed-off-by: Martin Belanger <martin.belanger@dell.com>
