@RussianNeuroMancer, please download and save this file as /usr/share/libwacom/isdv4-4870.tablet. Afterwards, reboot and let us know if the "Wacom ISDv4 4870" shows up when running libwacom-list-local-devices and in the GNOME Control Center's Wacom panel.

Hi!

Thank you tablet description file! Wacom tablet do appear in Gnome Control Center, however Pen is still not detected. I keep it over the screen when I launched Gnome Control Center, so it should be detected, I guess?

Unfortunately, there's currently an issue with the GNOME Control Center that prevents it from detecting the stylus. See https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=793499 for the details and be sure to reply with a message that you're also affected.
