Black mapsforge theme

A minimalistic OLED-friendly mapsforge theme for bike navigation. Looks a bit like your traditional dedicated cycle-computer map.

Tested with Locus Map. Installation steps for Locus:

create directory Locus/mapsVector/_themes/Black
copy Black.xml and Black_v3.xml to Locus/mapsVector/_themes/Black
