This PR adress both @sipeed Tang Primer 25k and Tang Mega 138k pro:

  • for both boards, user may select between mister SDRAM and sipeed SDRAM extensions
  • for Mega it adds SDRAM module present on sipeed extension
  • for Primer it adds SDRAM support
