• FIX: Before this commit, tempfile option has no default value. In this case, mackerel-agent creates tempfile to /tmp/mackerel-plugin-proxysql-{{ HASH }}. Fix it to /tmp/mackerel-plugin-proxysql
• ADD: Plugin version information with -v option.

bugfix: change counter to gauge

Change these values from counter (diff=true) to gauge (diff=false).

• Active_Transactions
• Client_Connections_connected
• Server_Connections_connected

This bug makes mackerel-agent to produce following error messages.

OutputValues:  Counter seems to be reset.\n"
