imas#219 の修正です。
独自チュートリアルの改造が色々なところに食い込んでいて一つずつ取り除くのが面倒だったので、マージコミットごとrevertします。
色々とconflictした部分は https://github.com/tootsuite/mastodon/tree/v2.7.0 のコードで上書きする形で解消しました。
