How to USE

SSH into the server (login details provided to teachers)
CD to /opt/2CHealth
Open 2 windows using screen
Run 'node server.js' and detatch from screen
run 'mongo testmaarten' to monitor databases
Send data to the server using the application
Go to the webaddress and enjoy
