This repository contains the code and data for the Customers Segementation project. The project aims to divide customers into specific groups based on certain factors. Y
The project consists of the following components:
- Exploratory Analysis: The initial phase involves conducting exploratory analysis to uncover the distribution of demographics among cusomters. Variables such as age, gender, and education will be analyzed to gain insights into the applicant pool.
- Clustering: The project utilizes k-means clustering and PCA to identify patterns and group applicants based on their demographic characteristics. This analysis provides a deeper understanding of different segments within the customers.
- Conducting statistical analysis for customers' information under RFM, CLV methods to segment customers into different groups and then analyze each groups to enhance company's profits.
The project's findings and insights are documented in the project report.
