First release with CI v3.x installed/enabled by default

Other than the switch from CI v2.x to v3.x and some updated documentation (and the version number), this release is the same as v0.7.4.

CI v2.x is still supported in the v0.8.x line. A separate branch has been created for v0.7.x, which includes CI 2.x installed/enabled by default, but that branch will only be updated if any further CI 2.x releases come along.

Bug fixes, potentially the last CI v2.x release

This is intended to be the last release of Bonfire with CI v2.x included and enabled by default. New releases in the 0.7.x line of Bonfire will likely only be created for a new release of CI v2.x.

The forthcoming 0.8.x line of Bonfire will continue to support CI v2.x, but will ship with CI v3.x enabled by default. The 1.x line of Bonfire will discontinue support for CI v2.x and is planned for November 2015 or later.
