The LoRa Basics Modem L2 library (SWL200L) will receive no further enhancements and/or bug fixes. Going forward, the L2 library and usage examples are bundled within the LoRa Basics Modem L2 library release v4.5.0 (and onward) development repository (http://github.com/lora-net/SWL2001/tree/v4.5.0). The examples included in the SWL2001 repository target application use-cases instead of atomic demonstrations of functionality. The SWL2001 repository now contains multiple reference implementations targeting different MCU and RTOS architectures and as such offers more example code regarding how to port LBM to new platforms.

The soft modem reference board is ST Microelectronics NucleoL073 + Semtech SX1280 dev kit board

The protocol version that is currently implemented in the modem emulates LoRaWAN 1.0.3 at 2.4GHz
The gcc compiler bin path can be either defined in make command via GCC_PATH
variable either it can be added to the PATH environment variable.
make GCC_PATH=xxx
Clean the current build directories:
make clean
make modem_2_4
The Binary file will like: /build/build_modem_2_4/soft_modem_2g4.bin
-j
option can be added to the make command in order to fasten the build using all machine cores
To make from scratch all the targets quickly
make clean; make all -j
Just add hard_modem
after the chosen target
Example: to build all targets with hardware modem activated:
make clean; make all -j hard_modem
In the Makefile file, the default board BOARD_L073
is used to compile HAL
