Describe the bug

When I import an exam from one course to another. The quiz exercises are not imported.

To Reproduce

1. Import any exam that contains quiz exercises from the course to another one.
2. Verify that the exercises groups show those quizzes without grade (screenshot 1)
3. Open the quizzes and verify that clicking edit, you see an empty/broken page (screenshot 2)

Expected behavior

The importing should include the quiz exercises.
