Send a RMarkdown file rendered in the body of an email via Outlook

self.Rmd is the self-contained RMarkdown file that you want to render & send

Render (Knit) it.

Then follow the instruction in the Self html markdown.Rmd file to send it

Unfotunately the message won't be mobile-firendly and can be seen only by Outlook, Thunderbird or similar
