go-cookiecutter: template for Go

Usage

1. Install cookiecutter:

   pip install cookiecutter

2. Generate a structure using go-cookiecutter:

   cookiecutter https://github.com/lukasz-lobocki/go-cookiecutter

3. After responding to the prompts you should have a directory structure ready for coding.
