The idea is to start supporting ICE TCP candidates, so I'm adding the missing methods that handle TCP sockets.
Note: This is still in progress. I have been able to create ICE TCP candidates with it, but I can't achieve ICE connectivity when blocking UDP candidates, so there's something else I need to do to make it work 100%.
