  • upgrade golang to 1.21
  • upgrade node to 18
  • upgrade golang dependencies
  • upgrade minor versions of npm dependencies

Hello, just quick advice, Nodejs and npm is gonna be LTS in like a few days for the 20 version so you maybe need to directly upgrade to the 20!

Thank you @Gauvino! I tried it with version 20 and everything seems to be working properly. So I can switch directly to that.

Although there is this issue vuejs/eslint-config-standard#24 but it was as well in version 18.
