sitsfeats.py ⌛

sitsfeats.py is a powerful and efficient Python package designed for extracting a wide range of metrics from satellite image time series.

All metrics implemented in this package are derived from the sitsfeats R package.

Features

The metrics implemented in this version are:

  • Basic: Basic statistics metrics
  • Polar: Polar metrics

Installation

To install the package, you must have Armadillo installed, then you can use pip:

pip install git+https://github.com/m3nin0-labs/sitsfeats.py

Usage

The sitsfeats.py package is designed for simplicity. It is simple to get started with it. Here's a quick example:

from sitsfeats import feats

feats(['median', 'skew'], your-numpy-data)
