• Try to support keyboard laptops: The two right most keyboard keys after 'i', 'o', 'p' have been remapped to duplicate the octave up and down keys functionality. The two keys below now also go to the previous or next pattern. These have been tested only on Spanish keyboards for now.
• Support for 1bpp PNG files in the skin fonts.
• If a skin can't be loaded on startup the program will fallback gracefully to use the default skin.
• Small optimizations.
• More work towards compiling outside of Windows.
