Most breaking changes are noted in the changelog, though various statics in CoreGraphics have changed feature flag from CGToneMapping, but we haven't released CoreGraphics yet, so didn't note this.

Needs GitHub actions to update to Xcode 16.2 too. They currently only have the release candidate merged: actions/runner-images#11134.
