Add rel="canonical" annotations as SEO improvements

As per here: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/crawling-indexing/consolidate-duplicate-urls#define-canonical
and here: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7440203#duplicate_page_without_canonical_tag

We should:

  • add a canonical tag to specify the canonical URL for the dataset & distribution pages explicitly.
  • the dataset & distribution page crawler views should include sitemap tag as well
