Why the status code of Web API Resource in REST always 404

First, I created REST role in application of 2.0.0.0-dev44 and it had all resources. And I created a user who had the role. Then I following "Consuming Web API Resource in REST"(https://wiki.magento.com/display/MAGE2DOC/Consuming+Existing+Resource#ConsumingExistingResource-ConsumingWebAPIResourceinREST), It alway return 404 whaterver I request.

Sorry for the delay with the response! We are planning to completely redesign API in Magento 2. As you may have noticed, we have completely removed REST system menu recently. Please wait till we release the redesigned API for Magento 2. Unfortunately, we have not yet set the date it will be available.
