Import Advanced Pricing

Steps to reproduce

1. Export Advanced Pricing
2. Open file and change a couple prices (using Apache Open Office, not Excel, but also does not work with Excel)
3. Attempt to import the updated file with and add/update the pricing.
4. Press Check Data
5. Spins with no outcome

Expected result

1. Check data to go through its process and then to be able to import updated file

Actual result

1. Just spins asking to please wait.

I've got the same problem, I can see a javascript error in the console when clicking "Check Data"

We cannot reproduce this issue as described. Please provide web server logs.
@nobuttsalex Can you provide more details regarding JS error? Looks like it 500 internal server http error.
Check any Apache and PHP error logs for your server. These logs can provide valuable context related to any code failures or other potential causes of a site failure.

I've not had problems in more recent versions of Magento 2.1, must have been fixed at some point.

edit looking at the dates must have been 2.0 when people were having this problem.
