Summary Cart Block no longer displaying Totals Correctly

Since upgrading the site to Magento 2.1.5 from 2.1.4 the summary totals are no longer displaying correctly (i.e. without line spacing) like this:

£2.49Shipping(Express - Royal Mail 24-hour)£0.00Order Total Incl. Tax£2.49Order Total Excl. Tax£2.49

Preconditions

1. Magento Version 2.1.5
2. Multi-site
3. Ultimo Theme Forest Template

Steps to reproduce

1. https://lightswitchsticker.com/ or https://3signs.co.uk/
2. Add product to basket
3. Click view and edit cart: https://lightswitchsticker.com/checkout/cart/

Expected result

1. Total display like demo site or previous 2.1.4 version.

You've got the pagespeed extension for either apache or nginx installed. Compressing html on the cart screen causes this issue (not Magento).

Thanks I run on siteground hosting - might be able to disable some cache page speed modules from cPanel.

I can confirm that this is still a issue in Magento 2.2.0
