This repository includes the data for the BA-Thesis DeepTyper für Python und der Einfluss von Typvorhersagen auf die automatische Testgenerierung.
All processes were run on Linux, there is no guarantee that they will work on other operating systems.
model_trainingincludes the trained models and all relevant files to retrain or evaluate against testdata.
preprocessing includes the dockerfile and all necessary files to preprocess files, furthermore the preprocessing results for the 78 used modules.
notebook_evaluation includes the jupyter notebook used for evaluation and the results.csv which includes the results produced by Pynguin.
