There are concerns about how fast the page is when accessed from outside the region where the server is stored. In order to reduce the size of the page, this PR replaces a few heavy assets present on front#index with more lightweight ones.

Until I can provide a new background image based on the background being
used at the moment for the YouTube channel and Facebook and Twitter
accounts, this is the new background image, a linear gradient.
Apply this commit to replace the laptop image with a new one. This one
has the following features:

* It is JPEG instead of PNG; saves extra bytes, which is something
  valuable when transfering the page over the Atlantic until I can get a
  CDN.

* It has HDPI version.
