- Foster users can upload, list, update, and delete listings
- All users can browse through listings
- Users can create, list, update, and delete their applications
- Foster users can view submitted applications for each of their listings.
- All users can use the search bar to search for specific listings by using key words.
- Listings will be placed in categories in which they can be searched and organized
- Users can send and receive messages to each other.
