Description
Per a number of discussions from first users here, we missed informing via the README that
postgresqlneeds to be installed forhgvsto work (biocommons/hgvs#199). This PR updates theREADME.mdto note this dependency and point the user to thehgvsdocs that cover installation.Screenshots & Media
