The man page for "dnfdragora.yaml" in dnfdragora version 2.1.0 shows the following in the DESCRIPTION section:

**• Placing the configuration in ~/dnfdragora.yaml.**

that path to the user's dnfdragora.yaml file is incorrect, the correct path is ~/.config/dnfdragora.yaml.
The correct path is mentioned in the file dnfdragora.yaml.user_prefs.example in git.

Note this was observed on Fedora 33 with package dnfdragora-2.1.0-2.fc33.noarch

btw @moschlegel /etc/dnfdragora.yaml can be overridden by Environment variable (even if i've removed that from man page) or by ./ dnfdragora.yaml (where you're running dnfdragora from console).

~/.config/dnfdragora.yaml. instead is only for user settings and some system setting options are not managed in it and viceversa.
